4. Newsletter and Brevo
Newsletter subscription is voluntary. Japan Sound Quest® uses Brevo as its email marketing platform to manage subscriptions, contacts and electronic communications.
Brevo will process the data as a service provider on behalf of SOUND QUEST SL, in accordance with the applicable terms and the controller's instructions.
Each communication will include an unsubscribe mechanism. You may also withdraw your consent by writing to info@soundquest.es.
5. Data retention
- Enquiries will be retained for the time needed to respond to them and address any potential liabilities.
- Newsletter data will be retained while consent remains valid or until an unsubscribe request is made.
- After unsubscribing, the minimum data necessary to document the request and prevent future unwanted communications may be retained.
- Analytics data will be retained according to the configuration applied in Google Analytics and the information in the Cookie Policy.
6. Data recipients
Data may be accessible to providers required for the operation of the website, always subject to the corresponding legal safeguards.
- Hosting, maintenance and website security providers.
- Brevo, for newsletter management and delivery.
- Google Analytics, for audience measurement where analytics cookies have been accepted.
- Public administrations, authorities and competent bodies where a legal obligation exists.
Personal data are not sold or transferred to third parties for their own purposes without the user's consent.
